As per the general and particular condition of the policy , the Accidents are covered in the premises, and/or outside the workplace, and within the scope of the worker's duties, as per Lebanese Law Decree No: 136 dated 18.09.1983. This insurance covers, following a work-related accident, the listed employees; • Medical Fees (Third Class). • Death. • Permanent disablement. • Daily Indemnity up to 75%
